Trouvaille Consultants are the real deal! After purchasing NetSuite's Enterprise Resource Planning software we quickly found ourselves overwhelmed by challenges with reporting, accounting, inventory management, etc. We tried leveraging overseas support teams, but found the process of creating a support ticket and waiting for a response to be untimely and ineffective. Once we made the switch to Trouvaille we started to have weekly zoom calls to resolve issues, build new reports, and train our internal team.
